Q: Do the shirts sizes run pretty true to size?
Answer: Yes they do. They are 100% Preshrunk cotton (unless otherwise noted) and they do not shrink much (if any) at all.
If you don't get the correct size, we will always exchange it with no problems at all. We just ask that the t-shirt be unwashed, unworn (except for trying it on) and deodorant free.
Q: Will the t-shirts shrink?
Answer: Very little. These t-shirts that we use are manufactured by Gildan and are 100% Preshrunk cotton (unless otherwise noted). If you usually wear an XL, we would suggest that you order an XL.
Sweatshirts will tend to shrink a bit more. We usually use Gildan sweatshirts that are 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester and this do tend to shrink more than the t-shirts.

Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
Answer: We will be more than happy to exchange or refund your entire order within 60 days of purchase. The only stipulations are that the items are unwashed, unworn (except for trying them on), and deodorant free. There are instructions for returns shipped out in every package. Just follow the simple process. If you need to download another return form, you can download one here.
Exchanges are shipped out the next business day after we receive your item back in the mail. You will receive an email once we have received your t-shirt back in the mail.
Refunds are made within 2 business days of receiving your item back to us. Please note that your credit card company or banking institution may take up to an additional 7-10 business days before the refund shows up on your credit card statement.
Shipping and Order Processing
Q: How are your t-shirts shipped?
Answer: We ship all of our products through USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders are supplied with a Delivery Confirmation Number which will be emailed to you when your order ships (to the email address you provide when you placed your order).
If you did not receive your tracking info, please Contact Us with your name and order number. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (but 95% of our orders are shipped the next business day).
Q: What are your shipping policies?
Answer: Our shipping policy is called EASY! We ship your order out to you within 1-3 business days. If you need to exchange it, just follow the instructions on the return form inserted with your order and we will exchange your item for you. We take care of the postage to ship your item BACK to you once we have received it. Sorry, we do not offer free returns, just free shipping back to you on an exchange. If it is our mistake, we cover all costs.
Q: Can I expedite my order?
Answer: Yes, we can expedite your shipping. Standard domestic shipping is 5-7 business days and we can upgrade this to Priority shipping for an additional shipping fee.
We do print the t-shirts in the order that they are ordered. However, if you paid for the Express Shipping option, we will usually try to get these t-shirts printed immediately as they need to be picked up by the post office by a certain time. Otherwise, most orders are usually printed and shipped within 1 business day but can take up to 3 business days. If you have any questions about getting a package by a certain date, please give us a call as this is asked frequently. We will be able to let you know when the item will ship.
Q: Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
Answer: Yes we do. We are proud to ship to our service men and women in the United States Armed Forces.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
Answer: Yes, and all international orders will ship USPS International Priority Mail. Rates are listed below in the section titled: How Much is Shipping?
Q: How long before my order ships?
Answer: We want your t-shirt to arrive in record time, therefore we try to print and ship your items within 1 business day. However, there are times when we can require up to 3 business days (business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays) to print your order and get it shipped (unless noted on our website that we will be closed). But let us say again, 95% of our orders ship within 1 business day.
Q: How long until my order arrives?
Answer: Domestic Shipping Times:
- USPS First Class Shipping – 5-7 business days delivery time once shipped.
- USPS Priority Shipping - 2-3 business days delivery time once shipped.
- USPS Express Shipping – 1 Day shipping time (to most areas) once shipped. Please call for more details.
Express Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO Addresses. Please allow additional time for orders to reach these addresses).
International Shipping Times:
Shipping Carrier: USPS Postal Service International Shipping
Shipping Time: 7-14 Business Days once shipped (this is a guideline and not a guarantee, especially around the holidays).
NOTE: Customs can affect your shipping time and can delay shipments significantly (especially around the holidays). This is something that is out of our control.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your item is paid for and your shipping label has been printed. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to print your t-shirt and ship it.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Answer:
Domestic Shipments:
Yes. Your tracking number will be emailed from PayPal (our payment processor). So make sure that you check your SPAM filter if you do not receive the tracking number. It will come from PayPal (our payment processor).
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label for your order is printed. This shipping label could be printed immediately after you place your order or right before it ships. The email will be sent you the email address that you used when you placed your order. If you used PayPal to place your order, please make sure that the email address that PayPal has on file is your current email address.
International Shipments:
Your tracking number will be emailed from PayPal (our payment processor). So make sure that you check your SPAM filter if you do not receive the tracking number.
Misc.
Q: Do you guarantee your products?
Answer: We have a 100% Quality Guarantee on all of our products. We will gladly exchange or refund your unworn/unwashed shirt for any reason, within 60 days. The invoice you receive with your order will come with complete instructions on what to do.
We cannot guarantee shipping times. We can only guarantee that we will get your order out in a timely manner (within 3 business days). Once it is in the possession of the Post Office, we cannot guarantee the shipping times.
Q: If an item goes on sale after I purchase it, will you match it?
Answer: Absolutely. If an item goes on sale within 14 days of your original purchase, just send us an email with your first and last name, and date of your purchase. We will refund the difference back to you within 3 business days.
Q: Is the t-shirt that I want to order in stock?
Answer: Yes. We print every item once it is ordered. Therefore, you never have to worry about an item, color, or size being out of stock. Also, 95% of our orders will ship the next business day.
Q: I put the wrong information in when I placed my order. How do I change it?
Answer: Please just use our contact form or send us an email with your order number and first and last name. Put your new instructions in the email and we will take care of the rest. We will send you an email confirmation once the changes are made.

Order Status
Q: What is the status of my order?
Answer: When you placed your order, you should have received an email confirmation with a link to check the status of your order. When you click on that link, you will see if your tracking number has been obtained yet and if your order has shipped or when it will ship.
If you cannot find that email with the link, please use our contact form and send us your first and last name and date that you placed the order and we will send you the latest tracking information.
If you paid for your order with PayPal, please make sure that PayPal has your current email address as that is where the confirmation email would have been sent. Or, you can log into your PayPal account and click on the transaction that you made to irrelevantapperal.com and the tracking information will be linked there as well.
Q: How can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: Your order can be canceled or changed before it ships. Once you receive a tracking number we cannot guarantee that it can be changed, but we can try.
If you just recently placed your order (in the last few hours or overnight), just use our Contact Form. If you placed it before that, the best bet would be to email us at info@irreleventapperal.com to see if it has actually left our office. We will do what we can to make sure that you get what you want the FIRST time.
Technology
Q: When placing an order I get an error message. What do I do?
Answer: 99% of the time this error is caused by an incorrect address (did you just recently move?). However, it could also be caused by an incorrect card security code or other incorrect information. If you received an error message, please make note of it and give us a call or email us. These error messages are there for your protection. We do have our fraud security settings set very high so that there is an additional layer of security for our customers. There also could be a time when something may be wrong with our site that we do not know about and can fix it immediately. We can also QUICKLY take your order over the telephone.
